LOVE OUR NEW MENU
From early July you will notice that our
stores have a new look with a new menu, we have added a couple of
new items to tempt your tastebuds.
Steak
Sandwich
Another Burger Wisconsin first is our
introduction of a gourmet steak burger. We have selected the best
cut available, Scotch Fillet Steak, from award winning AngusPure,
which we lightly grill.
For your steak
sandwich we have added wholegrain mustard, and, our popular fresh
prepared in-store, caramelised onions, topped with salad and mayo
in a sourdough bun.
Scotch fillet (or Rib Eye) is a premium cut
of beef suitable for flame grilling. AngusPure scotch fillet is
aged beef, with light marbling for juiciness and
tenderness.
Because steak & onions go hand in hand,
we have added caramelised onions, which we prepare in-store
combining onions, olive oil & balsamic vinegar to give a sticky
sweet taste. Wholegrain mustard tops off this taste
sensation.
You can use Scotch Fillet Steak as the base
for any burger you wish. If your favourite burger is a 'beef
avocado & bacon', try changing the ground beef for steak, and
have a Steak Avocado & Bacon - your call, any burger any
way.
Onion rings
You told us that you
wished for another side dish to give you another side snack
option.
NZ sourced crispy crumbed onion rings give an
option for a quick snack. Our onion rings are served, 10 pieces
with dipping sauce.
They are a side dish to share.
Tiramisu &
Chocolate Mousse Desserts
Made especially for Burger
Wisconsin we offer you the choice of 2 sultry sweet desserts to
have a sweet treat after your burger.
Italian inspired Tiramisu is a coffee based
creamy dessert using a biscuit base. Tiramisu translated is 'pick
me up' and this dessert will certainly give you a lift.
Everyone's favourite, Chocolate Mousse is our
other dessert. Treat yourself to a chocolate treat to compliment
your meal.
Gluten
Free
We are introducing a gluten free
bun option, also made exclusively for Burger Wisconsin.
These buns are made from the gluten free
flours of rice, maize, buckwheat & tapioca.
You can have a gluten free bun with you usual
burger, or if you wish for a totally gluten free burger ask at your
local store for totally gluten free burger
options.
